Michelle sees the best in everyone. She pays attention to detail and is a kind person. The dogs in daycare always want to snuggle up to her! She is a great addition to our team at Mountain Ridge!

Michelle says it all started when she was a kid; she remembers the day that her parents added a furry friend to the family, their very first pet, which was a basset hound named Lucky! She loved taking care of him, especially when she got to take him on long walks and give him baths. He also would let Michelle dress him up in little shirts when he would get cold, what a good boy! Later on, her family also added a kitten to the pack. Around this time is when Michelle noticed her love for animals was growing more and more, they made her feel so happy, their happy smiles and wagging tails made for the best company!  Michelle is originally from El Paso, Texas and she moved to Colorado when she was 5 years old. She currently has two cats:  Oero and Chubbs, the domestic longhair cats. She also has one dog: Odie, a terrier mix.  In her time off, she loves baking cakes and little desserts, hiking, and playing soccer.

Tidbits & Trifles:

Hello Hi There!: She is very outgoing and likes meeting new people. She also loves spending time with family and friends  

Travel Buddy:  Michelle enjoys taking her dog Odie on different hikes around Boulder or Winter Park and they also love exploring different states and going on roads trips 

Wowza!: Michelle taught herself how to play the acoustic guitar!

A Day in the Life:

“My favorite part about this job is interacting with the clients, and getting to know them and their doggies or cats. I also love getting to play with the dogs and getting to know my co-workers, it makes for a fun work day!”
