Dr. Kaity Sisk

Dr. Kaity Sisk is hard-working, thoughtful, and cares deeply about each of her patients. Your pet will be in great hands with her when you come to visit Mountain Ridge. We are so lucky to have her on our team!

Kaity joined the Mountain Ridge Animal Hospital family in October of 2021. Her love for animals started early on. When asked how she became interested in the veterinary field, she states that it all started when she was a little girl. She has always been drawn to animals of all kinds. You might find her saving bugs and spiders, or even cuddling with a snake! She truly loves them all. Her favorites however, are all of the furry creatures that we can bond with and live with. Kaity went to Vet school at Colorado State University and graduated in May of 2020. She grew up in the Front Range, in Erie, CO and went to high school at Centaurus which is just down the road from Mountain Ridge! She has two dogs: Taco who is a heeler/aussie/border collie mix and Coleslaw, a cockapoo/heeler mix. She also has two cats: Gnocchi the black silky domestic long hair and Kimchi a calico tabby domestic short hair. Last, but certainly not least, she also has 7 chickens!! In her free time, Kaity likes watching good and bad TV shows with her husband and fur babies. She also enjoys gardening, hiking, snowboarding, slow pitch softball, crafting, golfing, and building things for her house.

What is your favorite thing to do as Veterinarian?

“Client education that helps with long term care and wellness of pets is my passion. I really enjoy dentals and prophylactic care, as well as soft tissue surgery. Building rapport and trust is so important to have a successful patient client doctor relationship, so this is what I strive for. The human animal bond is one of the strongest things, and I believe everyone deserves it.”
